Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data and providing insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to asset management processes and performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Power BI Development:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize asset management data.
- Customize and optimize dashboards to meet the needs of stakeholders and end-users.
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data analysis and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Power BI development.
Data Modeling:
- Develop data models and data relationships to support efficient data visualization and analysis in Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in asset management datasets.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Create and deliver timely and accurate reports, presentations, and insights to stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to drive informed decision-making.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve asset management processes and systems based on data analysis and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive efficiency gains.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
- Expertise in Power BI, including dashboard design, report development, and data modeling.
- Experience in asset management or related fields (e.g., finance, operations, supply chain).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
