Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data and providing insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.


Data Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to asset management processes and performance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Power BI Development:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize asset management data.
  • Customize and optimize dashboards to meet the needs of stakeholders and end-users.

Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data analysis and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Power BI development.

Data Modeling:

  • Develop data models and data relationships to support efficient data visualization and analysis in Power BI.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in asset management datasets.

Reporting and Visualization:

  • Create and deliver timely and accurate reports, presentations, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to drive informed decision-making.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve asset management processes and systems based on data analysis and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive efficiency gains.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
  • Expertise in Power BI, including dashboard design, report development, and data modeling.
  • Experience in asset management or related fields (e.g., finance, operations, supply chain).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
