Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ikeja for a Business Executive at Adron Homes. As a Business Executive, you will be responsible for creating new business strategies that align with organizational objectives, identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing clients, managing the company’s resources and personnel, and providing high-quality customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Ability to negotiate and close deals
• Customer service oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work in a team and lead team members effectively
• Must be detail-oriented, creative, and have good organizational and time management skills
• Good knowledge of real estate industry standards, regulations, and laws
