Popular actor Charles Okocha has vehemently denied accusations of fraud leveled against him by musician Portable. The Zazoo crooner accused Okocha of cheating him out of a 40-million-naira ambassadorial deal, claiming that he defrauded him of 20 million naira.
In response, Charles Okocha expressed his outrage at the unfounded charges, asserting that he and Portable never signed a contract. Okocha clarified that Portable approached him for assistance, stating that no one else was willing to work with him. According to Okocha, he flew Portable and his crew to Abuja, covering their lodge fees at Transcorp, where they stayed for two days.
Okocha disclosed that he generously gifted Portable 5 million naira when he was leaving. However, he was disheartened by Portable’s disloyalty and attempts to tarnish his reputation. In a video addressing the allegations, Charles Okocha warned Portable to keep his name out of his mouth and challenged him to a physical confrontation, whether in UFC, wrestling, boxing, or on the street.
He captioned the video:
@portablebaeby keep my name out of your damm mouth, and if you think you got balls pick a place and time, UFC, wrestling, boxing, or street let me show you what I’m made of B**tch As$ Nïígigâà.”
