Job Summary:
The Chief Innovation and Growth Officer leads innovation strategy, identifies market opportunities, and drives product and service development to promote growth and increase market share in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive innovation strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams for new business opportunities
- Foster a culture of innovation and encourage risk-taking
- Collaborate for successful product launches and market penetration
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Establish metrics and KPIs for innovation initiatives
- Build relationships with external partners for innovation capabilities
- Manage the innovation portfolio with a mix of initiatives
- Present innovation projects to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred
- Experience in a senior innovation or growth role
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
- Deep understanding of product development and go-to-market strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
