Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), has advised students at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, AFCSC, Jaji, and all other military personnel to absorb the values of devotion, commitment to duty, and professional knowledge.
He provided the advice as a Special Guest of celebration at the regimental dinner night in celebration of members of the AFCSC’s Junior Course 96 on Wednesday in Jaji, Kaduna State.
Ogalla remarked that in the current period and time of an unstable, unpredictable, complicated, and ambiguous operational environment, the personnel’s requirement to demonstrate good ideals of the military profession was even more challenging and useful.
He believes that modern-day operations require a complex blend of intellect, technology, and information.
However, he advised military troops to put their collegiate operational expertise to use in carrying out all future responsibilities and preparing themselves for further study and chances in their respective fields.
The Navy Chief reminded the crew –
“Having been trained, the Armed Forces and your various organizations expect so much from you.
“Thus, I must emphasize the importance of discipline and professionalism in your career.”
