Job Description
We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position who will be responsible for following up on credit sales outstanding, reconciliations and collections .
Responsibilities
- Negotiate an achievable Payment Plan
- Schedule payments with customers toward reducing the overdue/outstanding debts of clients without severing relationship
Qualification
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years experience as a Collections Officer
- Experience in a Healthcare, HealthTech sector is required
- Sound Numeracy and Analytical skills
- Result Oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
