Comedian and Former Saturday Night Live cast member Pete Davidson may face criminal charges after crashing his car into a house in Beverly Hills last month. According to TMZ, the Beverly Hills Police Department recently completed its investigation and forwarded the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for potential charges.
Davidson lost control of his Mercedes, crashed into a house, and caused the accident, even though drugs and alcohol were ruled out as factors. He was driving with his girlfriend at the time.
The District Attorney’s Office may bring charges against Davidson, but it is unclear whether they will be misdemeanours or felonies. Davidson has not publicly commented on the potential charges.
In 2019, Pete Davidson was in a car accident in Upstate New York, but neither he nor the other driver suffered any harm, making headlines for his driving.
Pete has also been open about his struggles with mental health and substance abuse, although it does not appear either were factors in this recent crash.
