COMMISSARY COORDINATOR-VACANCY AT EAT N GO LIMITED

• Coordinates Production, Warehouse, inventory, distribution, and all operations within.
• Oversees the maintenance work done on the premises.
• Follows up with every receiving from the warehouse and with delivery to each store.
• Ensure the facility programs are strictly adhered to.
• Responsible for coordinating FSMS, and QMS within the commissary
• Oversee Commissary personnel, including assigning duties, coaching, and counselling; reports any associate problems to the manager.
• Maintains daily awareness of product need, determines quantities required to adequately stock commissary by reviewing stock balance daily, and assists management in ordering supplies.

• Bachelor of Food Science and Tech, Business Management or equivalent, meet his/her job Description.
• Experience with the food industry
• Knowledgeable in food safety
• Good leadership and analytical skills
• Inventory Control
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include Good communication skills and material management
• Team player and fast worker
• Knowledge of NAV or SAP is a MUST
