Job Description

The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for content planning, creation, and compliance to ensure efficiency. They develop annual content schedules for LifeBank, crafting copies for creatives, video scripts, newsletters, captions, and other communication assets aligned with health-focused themes to drive engagements and lead acquisition.


  • Develop an annual content pillar schedule for LifeBank, focusing on enhancing engagement and driving lead acquisition.
  • Create and manage creatives and video scripts aligned with content pillars and relevant health-focused themes, ensuring consistency with LifeBank’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Actively participate in consistent copywriting for LifeBank products and websites, occasionally reviewing related content copies to maintain quality and relevance.
  • Craft copies and materials to enhance LifeBank’s engagement with stakeholders, including blog posts, press releases, and instructional manuals (both print and video formats).
  • Develop scripts for valuable content initiatives such as MasterClass by LifeBank, QuickGuide by LifeBank, and Sales Drip Repository, ensuring alignment with content objectives and audience needs.
  • Create compelling copies for stakeholder engagement newsletters tailored to LifeBank Audience Cohorts, delivering relevant content and fostering meaningful connections.
  • Develop copies aligned with key healthcare days/weeks, showcasing LifeBank as an innovative company addressing healthcare challenges with technology, and leveraging these opportunities for increased visibility and brand positioning.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for multimedia content that align with LifeBank’s objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Manage content planning, ideation, creation, and compliance to establish and maintain airtight content management systems.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.


  • 4-6 years of proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
