Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the travel industry, with a strong focus on corporate sales. This role involves identifying and securing new corporate clients, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Exquisite Escape’s corporate travel services.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities in the travel and tourism industry. Develop strategies to attract potential corporate clients.
- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to corporate clients, showcasing Exquisite Escape’s offerings and how they can benefit the client’s travel needs.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits for both the company and the client.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure Exquisite Escape remains a leader in the luxury travel market.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team, highlighting progress towards sales targets and potential areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in handling large corporate accounts and B2B sales is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to high-level executives and decision-makers.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Ability to close deals that are beneficial to both the company and the client.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using sales automation tools.
- Customer Focus: A passion for creating exceptional travel experiences for corporate clients and an understanding of luxury travel preferences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the luxury travel or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of global travel destinations and travel logistics.
- Experience in a target-driven sales environment, preferably in high-end service industries.
