Job Description

As our Graphics and motion Designer, your primary objective is to ensure our customers and stakeholders understand our products and brand.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to understand project objectives and develop design briefs
2. Turn design briefs to compelling communication assets including brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and social media assets
3. Work with cross-functional teams to produce final design
4. Test and iterate design assets across various media to improve
5. Create and maintain our organization’s website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
6. Research and stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices
7. Assist with photo and video production and editing as needed.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in a design-related field (e.g. Graphic Design) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in branding, graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and design process.
• Experience designing for print and digital platforms
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Animate, Premiere, Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro, Mocha AE
• Knowledge of website design principles and user experience best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience working in Agile or similar development methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
