Diego Simeone Chooses Between Haaland and Mbappe

Diego Simeone, the head coach of Atletico Madrid, prefers Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain to Erling Haaland of Manchester City as his favourite player. Simeone praised Mbappe as a phenomenal athlete who excels at all aspects of the game.

Experts consider Mbappe and Haaland the natural successors of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to (h/t PSG Community), Diego Simeone stated that.:

“Between Mbappe and Haaland? Mbappe. He is an extraordinary player who does everything well at only 24 years old. It is madness.”

This season, Mbappe led PSG with 40 goals and ten assists in 42 games across all competitions, while Haaland led Man City with 52 goals and nine assists in 51 games.
