Responsibilities

- Resolve and escalate all customer complaints
- achieve your given monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales
- targets.
- Identify and understand the need of the
- Customer.
- Sell all company Products proactively to new/prospective customers.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of cash picked up daily is done with the internal
- control officer of the branch.
- ensure the timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to the
- Performance Management Unit.
- Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings (Where
- applicable).
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
