Nollywood actresses Doris Ogala and Tonto Dikeh appear to be at odds again, as Doris accuses Tonto of recruiting people to cyberbully her. This comes after a post by one of Tonto’s close associates, Sheddy of Lagos, alleged that Tonto gifted Doris a Bentley, sparking a heated exchange online.
On her Instagram page, Doris Ogala denied claims of receiving a Bentley from Tonto and criticized her for allegedly instigating public defamation. The feud was reignited when Sheddy of Lagos labeled Doris as ungrateful and accused her of harboring bitterness and low self-esteem.
In response, Doris made her stance clear:
I don’t know who you are. I believe Tonto sent you because I’ve never met or discussed Bentley with you. If your Tonto claims she gifted me Bentley, let her say it herself. Next time you mention my name in such a defamatory and cyberbullying way, I will have you arrested.”
This recent fallout is not the first between the former best friends. Doris has been a staunch defender of Tonto in the past, standing by her during high-profile disputes with individuals such as Tunde Ednut, Olakunle Churchill, Rosy Meurer, and others. However, the friendship has been rocky, with public spats over the years.
In 2022, after reconciling, Doris faced backlash from Tonto’s fans for celebrating Ruth Kadiri on her birthday. Despite the criticism, Doris maintained that her relationship with Tonto wouldn’t prevent her from nurturing other friendships.
The fallout has left fans disappointed, as Doris was known for fiercely supporting Tonto during her controversies. Whether this marks the end of their friendship or a temporary misunderstanding remains to be seen.
