Nollywood actor Femi Adebayo has finally spoken out amidst the ongoing drama involving his wife, Aduke Omotayo, and actress Dayo Amusa.
In a comment on Amusa’s latest Instagram post, Adebayo addressed the situation, suggesting that Amusa had picked the wrong person to feud with.
Adebayo expressed his belief that Amusa’s apparent issue with his success would not bring her peace of mind, as he feels he is just beginning his journey. He advised Amusa to focus her energy on her career rather than attempting to bring him down.
The controversy erupted after Amusa criticized Adebayo for his involvement in presenting the Best Dressed Female award to Bobrisky, a controversial crossdresser, at Eniola Ajao’s movie premiere. Aduke Omotayo, Adebayo’s wife, defended her husband and slammed Amusa for allegedly trying to tarnish his reputation.
Amusa responded to Aduke’s defense, suggesting that while it’s acceptable for Aduke to stand up for her husband, her remarks were shallow-minded. Amusa urged Adebayo to take responsibility for his actions and do what is necessary. Aduke fired back, questioning Amusa’s motives and labeling her a hypocrite.
