Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist cum Audiology Assistant to join our team and support our work in the Hearing Aid Program. The role is based in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
Front Desk and Administration:
- Manage activities at the front desk of the Audiology Centre – Attend visitors, answer phone calls, schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate mail flow, respond to emails, and perform office administration-related duties
- Process payments from patients and clients for hearing aids
- Maintain proper filing of the documents, both hard and soft copies
- Perform regular patient follow-up and reporting
- Adhere to local policies and regulations in the execution of the program
Stock/Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory and activities of ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing stock for the Audiology Centre
- Do daily data entry using software used by the company
- Raise purchase orders for audiology-related materials
- Perform quality checks on stored items
- Do daily and weekly equipment checks and calibrations
Qualification
- Graduate of Accounting, Management, Social Sciences, or numerate discipline
- Previous work experience in a hospital or clinic in the audiology department
- Female candidates preferred for gender balance
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as an administrative person and 1-2 years of work experience as a sign language expert
