Governor Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State appointed four new Permanent Secretaries to the state civil service. The new appointments were formerly directors in the Lagos State Civil Service until their meeting on Monday.
Mr. Lawal Idowu, Mr. Gbajumo Farouk, Mrs. Atekoja Ganiyat, and Mrs. Kilanko Olaperi were listed as the appointee in a press release issued on Monday by the Lagos State Head of Service, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola.
Muri-Okunola noted that the new permanent secretaries’ portfolios would be notified soon.
In addition, Governor Sanwo-Olu reappointed Mr. Gboyega Akosile as his Chief Press Secretary on Monday.
Muri-Okunola, the Head of Service, announced the appointment in a statement released late Monday.
The appointment, according to the HoS, is effective immediately.
