Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team. As a Senior Graphic Designer at MT BYTES, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our clients’ brand messages and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create high-quality visual designs for a variety of digital and print media including websites, social media, marketing collateral, and more.
- Develop and refine design concepts, layouts, and mockups based on feedback and requirements.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience creating designs for both digital and print media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Leadership and mentorship abilities.
