Job Description

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies and initiatives for the card business segment, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies and initiatives for the card business segment, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new cardholders through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, and innovative customer acquisition channels.
  • Product Development: Work closely with the product team to enhance existing card products and introduce new offerings to meet market demand.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, upselling, and cross-selling of card products and services.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to enhance airline services, amenities, and customer experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on growth metrics, market trends, and the performance of the card business segment for senior management.

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Masters Degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the payment card industry.
  • Strong understanding of card product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Innovative mindset and a track record of driving growth and profitability.
