Job Description

You will develop and execute sales and business strategies to increase the company sales and profits. You will be involved in driving the sales of technology-based solutions to businesses and organizations related to business support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for business support solutions.
  • Identify target markets, industry sectors, and clients who would benefit from these services.
  • Manage and inspire a sales team responsible for technology-based solutions in the sector.
  • Set clear sales objectives, provide guidance, and evaluate team performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses and organizations seeking business support solutions.
  • Understand client needs and customize technology offerings to address their specific requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the technology solutions offered in the share registration and business support sector.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of these solutions to clients.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the technology solutions division.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and achievements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technology opportunities.Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on market insights.
  • Utilize sales analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and track key performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting sales performance and areas for optimization.

Qualification

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or a related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Tech sales leadership roles within the business support solutions sector.
  • Strong knowledge of business support requirements, and emerging technology trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
