Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Workers to join our team on-site in the UK, Canada, USA, and Ireland. As a Healthcare Worker at Hawkish Group Ltd, you will be crucial in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients based on their individual needs and care plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per the care plan and medical guidelines.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises to improve their health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care, progress, and any changes in their condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Worker, Caregiver, or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Relevant certification or training in healthcare, nursing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare procedures and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
