Hollywood movie producer, Dillon Jordan, aged 40 has been sentenced to five years in prison for running an international prostitution ring. The ring is said to be for well-known producers. He is said to have been in operation from 2010 to 2017 through an alleged third party. The third party being an event planning company alongside his actual movie production company.
The movie producer is said to provide women to wealthy clients for up to $15,000. As well as organize sex parties in the U.S. and abroad. Judge John P. Cronan while sentencing Jordan had stated that he would have wished for a stricter sentence on Jordan as a result of the scars sustained by the women. This is considering that one of the victims while testifying in court had revealed that she had suffered brain damage. This was after being forced by Jordan to take drugs and sell her body sexually.
According to the prosecutor, Jordan had opened ‘multiple bank accounts’ in the name of the two businesses which he allegedly used to accept cash, wire, and check payments for prostitution services which were disguised as modelling fees, massage therapy fees, appearance fees and consulting fees to pay the women.
In addition, Prosecutors claimed that Jordan was released from a prison in Cuba in 2010 having served eight years for sex crimes there before he began linking wealthy individuals he knew with high-end sex workers, charging between $3,000 and $15,000 per encounter and pocketing 40% of the fee.
The defence lawyers nevertheless have revealed that movie producer entered the sex industry after.
a horrific childhood that was replete with physical, sexual, and psychological abuse’ but left the prostitution business in 2017 and established himself in the film business before becoming a home design consultant.
Nevertheless, we do hope this serves as a deterrent to those who are currently in such businesses. Or at least if you’re thinking about running it. Meanwhile, let us know what you think in the comment section.
