The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has directed all 2024 Direct Entry (DE) candidates who registered with awaiting results from IJMB or JUPEB to upload their results immediately after release.
JAMB’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, issued the directive in a statement on Sunday in Abuja, warning that failure to comply would lead to disqualification from the 2024 DE admission process.
According to Benjamin, some candidates registered with awaiting results but have yet to upload them. He emphasized that no candidate would be considered for admission without a verified result, aligning with JAMB’s policy for UTME candidates.
“Any application marked as awaiting result that does not comply with this directive will be disqualified from admission consideration,” he stated.
He stressed that verifying candidate credentials is essential to determine eligibility. Candidates who fail to upload their results will be regarded as having none.
JAMB also advised prospective 2025 DE applicants to ensure they upload their results as soon as they are released to avoid complications in the admission process.
