Kano State Government has begun implementing the newly authorized salaries, just three weeks after receiving the committee report for the evaluation of the new minimum wage and its subsequent approval of N71,000.

From November 25, workers in Kano State started receiving their wages with the approved raise.

Alhaji Abdullahi Musa, Kano State’s Head of Government Service, announced this, he also asked government officials in the state to rededicate themselves to efficient service delivery.
