Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and her ex-husband, rapper Kanye West, were spotted co-parenting their children at their son Saint’s soccer game in Los Angeles on May 7th. Photos obtained by TMZ showed the couple interacting with their children, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and son Psalm. Although, they made sure to keep their distance from each other.
However, their daughter North, 9, was not present. A witness described the couple as appearing to be on good terms, discussing Saint’s performance throughout the game.
Kim Kardashian has previously talked about the challenges of co-parenting with West, saying that it can be difficult. During an appearance on the Angie Martinez IRL podcast in December, she wiped away her tears. This happened as she stated that she wanted her children to have the same happy memories of their father that she had of hers.
Kardashian also mentioned that she had protected her children from knowing about West’s recent erratic behaviour and would continue to do so. She believes that until they are ready to handle heavy grown-up issues, it is best to keep their lives as normal as possible.
