 Responsibilities

Communication skills:

• Loan field agents need excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with borrowers, clients, and colleagues. They should be able to explain complex financial terms and processes clearly and concisely.

Negotiation skills:

• A loan field agent often engages in negotiation with borrowers to discuss repayment terms, settlement options, or alternative payment arrangements.
• Strong negotiation skills help in reaching mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company policies.

Customer service orientation:
