Job Description
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for promoting and driving the sale of loans
- Manage the on-boarding of new customers and nurture relationships with existing customers.
- Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other units
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Prepare weekly marketing call reports to the Team Lead
- Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan
- Follow up Leads as assigned by the Team Lead.
- Contribute to developing marketing plans by monitoring competition, devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Partake in Below The Line activities to enhance sales
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Encourage team work amongst colleagues to meet the overall team objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent
- Relevant years’ of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
