Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for promoting and driving the sale of loans
  • Manage the on-boarding of new customers and nurture relationships with existing customers.
  • Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other units
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Prepare weekly marketing call reports to the Team Lead
  • Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan
  • Follow up Leads as assigned by the Team Lead.
  • Contribute to developing marketing plans by monitoring competition, devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
  • Partake in Below The Line activities to enhance sales
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
  • Encourage team work amongst colleagues to meet the overall team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Relevant years’ of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
