Job Description

The Manager of Sales plays a pivotal role in identifying opportunities and cultivating relationships with Government Officials, Institutional Investors, and Investment Consultants within the assigned institutional portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish strong relationships with key Government Officials, Institutional Investors, and Investment Consultants.
• Cultivate and maintain a network of contacts within the governmental and institutional sectors.
• Proactively identify business opportunities within the assigned institutional portfolio.
• Stay informed about government policies, initiatives, and investment trends to align offerings with client needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Navigate governmental and institutional environments effectively to build and leverage relationships.

Qualifications

Skills Requirement
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian political structure.
• Understanding of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Highly self-motivated.

Qualifications
• Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience
At least 6 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in sales, particularly in dealing with governmental and institutional clients is a plus.
