Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and driven General Operations Manager who will ensure the seamless functioning of our operations within our three distinct brands. The ideal candidate should be within easy commuting distance of Surulere, Ojuelegba, or Itire, as proximity is crucial for the demands of this role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across the brands for optimal efficiency and performance.
- Spearhead strategies to enhance customer service standards and streamline in-store sales processes.
- Monitor and maintain the shop floor, ensuring that product presentation and organization are of the highest standard.
- Engage in proactive problem-solving to address operational challenges.
- Facilitate effective team communication and collaboration to meet company objectives.
- Drive initiatives to bolster customer engagement and satisfaction, both in-store and post-purchase.
- Coordinate with upper management to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Handle additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the company’s growth.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- 2-3 years managerial experience, preferably in retail or related sectors.
- Proven track record of managing operations with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong leadership capabilities with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A team player with a robust work ethic and ability to manage various teams.
