Job Description
- We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand image and drive sales growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, digital marketing, sales oriented and market research.
- You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to enhance the company’s reputation, drive quality traffic, and create top-of-mind awareness.
- Implement successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with various channels, including content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, social media, and lead generation.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for websites and blogs.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget quarterly and annually.
- Allocate funds wisely to achieve marketing goals.
- Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
Qualification
- BSc in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or any related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Marketing.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Keen strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.
- Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training, and mentorship.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
- Risk assessment skills.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and software applications.
- Proactivity.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in nurturing and managing relationships with customers and clients.
- Strong business intelligence.
Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 / month.
