Popular Nigerian TikToker Peller has sent a heartfelt message to Afrobeat singer Davido following his engagement to his girlfriend, Jarvis.
Peller had officially proposed to his girlfriend, Jarvis, sharing a touching video of the moment. In the clip, Jarvis, caught off guard by the proposal, initially hesitated, thinking it was a prank. Surrounded by family and friends at a restaurant, Peller went down on one knee, and after some playful pressure, Jarvis said “yes.” The couple then shared a romantic kiss and hug, marking the beginning of their engagement.
In his Instagram post, Peller expressed his joy and excitement, announcing that their wedding would take place in 2025.
Congratulations to me, she said ‘yes,’ and she kissed me @realjadrolita. 2025 is for Japel,” he wrote.
Following the engagement, Peller took to Davido’s Instagram comment section to share the big news. He wrote,
OBO, I proposed to my love.”
The proposal has already sparked a flood of congratulatory messages, and it seems that 2025 will be a year filled with high-profile celebrity weddings.
This engagement follows a series of notable celebrity proposals. Last month, Nigerian singer and skitmaker Olamide Ogunleye, aka Oluwadolarz, proposed to his fiancée, sharing a video and photos from the special moment. The couple plans to marry next year as well.
