Nollywood actress Peju Ogunmola is celebrating her husband, veteran actor Sunday Omobolanle, also known as Papiluwe, as he turns 70.
Taking to her Instagram page, Peju shared touching words alongside heartwarming photos of the celebrant. She expressed her appreciation for all the wonderful memories they’ve created together, highlighting the love, smiles, and laughter that her husband has brought into their lives.
In her tribute, Peju described Sunday Omobolanle as the perfect example of a man, father, and husband. She referred to him affectionately as “Pappi” and stated that he continues to inspire their children and herself.

I appreciate you for every wonderful memory that we have created together, especially your role in it all. You have constantly set the perfect example of what it is to be a man, father, and husband. Peju Ogunmola and Sunday Omobolanle have been together for over three decades. In an earlier interview, Sunday Omobolanle reminisced about how he met Peju through her father, the legendary Chief Ogunmola, who was a pivotal figure in the movie industry. Papiluwe humorously recalled how he used to joke about marrying her, and over time, the two became partners in life and in love.
