To recruit, train and develop Sales Executives and help channel sales for the company. The Agency Manager will also ensure compliance while coordinating the Sales Executive’s activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree or HND
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in selling and managing a sales force
- NAICOM Agency proficiency certificate
- Excellent selling skills and a good network within the retail market
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to demonstrate remarkable leadership and management skills.
- Strong ability to persuade customers
- Ability to gather information, compile data and prepare reports.
- Must be result driven.
