To recruit, train and develop Sales Executives and help channel sales for the company. The Agency Manager will also ensure compliance while coordinating the Sales Executive’s activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree or HND
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in selling and managing a sales force
• NAICOM Agency proficiency certificate
  
• Excellent selling skills and a good network within the retail market
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to demonstrate remarkable leadership and management skills.
• Strong ability to persuade customers
• Ability to gather information, compile data and prepare reports.
• Must be result driven.
