Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Officer role located in Lagos or Abuja. The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company service charge management and power charge management, including effective public relations with the tenants of the mall. The Operations Officer will also be responsible for managing the financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a First Class in their first degree
• Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
• Analytical Skills and Operations Management Skills
• Experience in Finance
• Analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to work with a diverse team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical engineering, Management, Finance, Economics, Accounts, or a related field
• Entry level is also acceptable
