The state government of Oyo State on Thursday said that it will provide 244 housing units of various sorts in Ibadan as part of efforts to address the housing shortages in the state. This statement was made in partnership with Fort Capital Estate Limited, a reputable real estate investment firm.
Kudirat Badmus, the director of Fort Capital Ltd., made his remarks during the project launch. He said that the estate was situated in a peaceful area with a security post, 24-hour power, and a water supply.
She stated:
“The housing estate is a four-bedroom semi-detached terrace, four-bedroom detached duplex, three-bedroom semi-detached bungalows, and two-bedroom semi-detached bungalows.”
The project’s technical director, Moji Adejuyigbe, also made a statement in which he claimed that the project would give a lasting and sustainable structure that would benefit the environment in a positive way.
