Job Description

As a Performance Marketer, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SEO and data.
  • Develops and monitors budget and implements various initiatives to optimize costs, while delivering quality solutions.
  • Supports business initiatives with a specific focus on communication, strategy development, and deployment working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Products, Design, Customer Experience, sales etc..) establishing growth strategies to support Sycamore revenue goals
  • Create, manage, and experiment with new customer acquisition campaigns
  • Drive sales and leads generation online via sales newsletters, brochures, PPC ads, fliers, advertorials, landing pages, and press releases.
  • Examine and analyze all site traffic via Google Analytics and other relevant metrics.
  • Plan (alongside the content/design/growth team) and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive engagement, awareness and sales
  • Manage and moderate all social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube)
  • Analyse data to monitor performance and uncover areas of improvement
  • Prepare and present useful recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data to executives and other stakeholders where necessary
  • Other job responsibilities assigned by your line manager

Qualifications

  • A good 1st degree in Marketing, Social Sciences or other related field
  • 3 – 5 years post NYSC operational experience (Corporate/ External Affairs, Media and/or Advertising) within a reputable and structured business environment, preferably financial institution or technology industry
  • Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
  • Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Critical thinker and creative.
