PRODUCTION MANAGER
Manage production scheduling and workflow to optimize efficiency and meet delivery timelines.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of production operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage production scheduling and workflow to optimize efficiency and meet delivery timelines.
- Lead and develop a team of production staff, providing training and mentoring to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of materials and components.
- Develop and manage budgets for production operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 6 – 10 years experience as a Production Manager in the Margarine Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.
