Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities and schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and project plans.
- Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
- Task Tracking: Monitor project tasks and deliverables, providing updates to the project manager on progress and potential issues.
- Meeting Support: Organize and prepare for project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Assist in data entry, report generation, and analysis to support project decision-making.
- Resource Management: Help manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies. PROJECT ASSISTANT
