Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Brand and Communications Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Lekki. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing brand and communications initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive marketing campaigns, manage brand assets, ensure brand consistency, and develop effective communication strategies.


Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Oversee the creation and management of brand assets, including logos, visual identity elements, and brand collateral.
  • Monitor brand performance and market trends to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.

Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative campaign concepts and messaging.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Communication Strategy Development:

  • Develop strategic communication plans aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Craft compelling narratives and key messages to effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition.
  • Identify relevant communication channels and platforms to reach target audiences.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of brand and communications projects.
  • Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and senior management, to align brand and communication strategies with business goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and media contacts to support brand initiatives.

Key Activities:

  • Conduct regular audits of brand assets and communication materials to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Analyze market research data and customer feedback to refine brand positioning and messaging.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Organize and facilitate brand workshops and training sessions for internal teams to promote brand awareness and understanding.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, marketing, or communications roles, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to think analytically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional team
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
  • Must have taken some project management certification courses
  • Must have experience in Media Buying and Public relations
