Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Content Creator/Agent located in Magodo Lagos. As a Real Estate Content Creator/Agent at Spruce and Settle, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content related to real estate. Your day-to-day tasks will include producing written and visual content, such as blog posts, social media posts, videos, and property tours. You will collaborate with our team to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and attract potential buyers and sellers in the real estate market.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry
- Experience in content creation, including writing, photography, and videography
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus
