Job Description
Ensure all power sources, electrical equipment, mechanical equipment, electromechanical equipment, HVAC & AC units, Fire protective equipment, and other utilities are properly maintained and serviced.
Responsibilities
- To engage and manage the FSE in his cluster.
- Ensure FSE carry out their daily operations.
- Ensure all power sources, electrical equipment, mechanical equipment, electromechanical equipment, HVAC & AC units, Fire protective equipment and other utilities are properly maintained and serviced.
- Ensure all abnormalities and faults are identified, recorded, resolved and escalated to the Management on a timely basis.
- Ensure that they comply with the Standard Operating Procedure of the department.
- Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by Head, Technical from time to time.
Qualification
- B.Sc. in a related field in Engineering (Required)
- Professional Bodies Certifications (Additional advantage)
- 3-5 years Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to use the computer effectively & efficiently
- Performance and result-oriented
- People Management Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Analytical and Technical Skills
- Proven track record of success in a manager role
- Forward thinking.
