As speculations continue to swirl around Yul Edochie and his second wife Judy Austin’s marriage, veteran actress Rita Edochie has once again showered praises on Yul’s estranged first wife, May Edochie.
In a powerful note shared on Instagram, Rita described May as “the rejected stone who has become the chief cornerstone.” She noted that those who once conspired to break May have instead broken themselves, while those who mocked her have now turned into silent admirers.
Rita Edochie emphasized that the hand of God upon May is too mighty for anyone to fight, adding that every attempt to bury her only causes her to rise higher.
Her post read in part:
“Queen May is my blessed child of grace. Her life is not ordinary; she carries divine oil upon her head. Those who conspired to break her have ended up breaking themselves. The woman they thought would fade away has become the voice of strength, dignity, and grace across nations.”
The actress further declared that anyone who fights May is waging war against God Himself, which no one can survive. She described May as unstoppable, clothed in beauty, wrapped in honour, and crowned with favour.
This is not the first time Rita has publicly defended May. Just last month, she reminded critics that May’s name will forever remain “May Yul Edochie” despite the divorce, stressing that no one has the power to erase it.
During the heat of her nephew Linc Edochie’s marriage crisis, Rita also revealed that May was focused on chasing bigger dreams abroad, paying no attention to side talks from “retarded personalities.”
