Job Description

As a Sales Engineer specializing in building technologies at Fronthill Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our cutting-edge solutions to clients in the construction and energy management sectors.


  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify and qualify sales opportunities in the building technology market
  • Engage with architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners to understand their requirements and challenges
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, from initial discussions to project implementation
  • Conduct on-site assessments and evaluations of building systems to recommend optimal technology solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our products and capabilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, standards, and regulations related to building technology


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Systems. Master’s in Business Administration is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years solid experience in technical sales or engineering, preferably within the building technology industry
  • Deep understanding of building systems, HVAC, lighting, Extra low voltages and energy management technologies
  • Great networking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as needed.
