Job Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role at Landshop. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring customers, converting leads into sales, and maintaining client relationships. The day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location based in Lekki, but some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Knowledge of land development, property value appreciation mortgage process or agriculture will be a plus
  • Being multi-lingual will be an added advantage.
  • Experience and evidence of successfully brokering individual or corporate sales deals will be a plus.

Location: Lagos State, Nigeria Hybrid.
