Brandbeet, a leading design agency, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating outstanding design solutions for our clients. We are looking for someone proficient in branding design, graphic design, and social media design. Your expertise in industry-standard tools and techniques will be vital in delivering top-notch design work. This is a fully remote position with asynchronous work, allowing you to work on your schedule without mandatory meetings.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and captivating design concepts that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Execute end-to-end design projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and social media content.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams remotely to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Create visually striking designs that effectively convey the desired message and maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers as needed.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding design, graphic design, and social media design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
- Ability to work independently, collaborating effectively in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.
