Job Description

The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing our presence on social media platforms, creating compelling content, implementing social media campaigns, and engaging with our audience to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.


Content Creation and Curation:
  • Develop engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Curate relevant and visually appealing content, including user-generated content, to enhance our brand image and increase audience engagement.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and regulatory requirements.

Social Media Management:

  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels promptly and professionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong creative abilities to develop engaging content and visual assets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to guide content creation and strategy adjustments.
  • Aptitude for crafting engaging content
  • Ability to use social monitoring and listening tools.
  • Solid understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and budget management.
  • Prior experience as a copywriter.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, and excellent time management abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, and present ideas in a user-friendly language.


Audience Engagement:
  • Increase follower growth rate across all social media platforms.
  • Improve engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and retweets.
  • Maintain a high level of positive sentiment and brand advocacy among followers.

Content Performance:

  • Enhance the reach and visibility of social media posts through effective content optimization and distribution.
  • Increase click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates on promotional content and campaigns.
  • Monitor content performance metrics such as reach, impressions, and engagement rate.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Measure customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) related to social media interactions and support.
  • Reduce response time to customer inquiries and complaints on social media platforms.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve the overall customer experience.

Campaign Effectiveness:

  • Achieve campaign-specific goals such as website traffic, lead generation, or sales conversions.
  • Monitor return on investment (ROI) and cost per acquisition (CPA) for paid
  • social media campaigns.
  • Evaluate campaign performance against predefined metrics and benchmarks.
