Sokoto: Supreme Court affirms election of Ahmed Aliyu as governor

The Supreme Court affirmed Ahmed Aliyu’s election as governor of Sokoto State on Thursday.

Justice Tijani Abubakar dismissed the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) appeal and its governorship candidate, Saidu Umar.
